The haw jelly is lovely. The haws have quite a rhubarby taste, that's also slightly wood-smokey? They were much fruitier than I had expected and I would personally use this jelly like a jam rather than with savoury meals.
The recipe I used is from here, it worked very well & set perfectly and is a lovely rosey pink colour.
I also made lemon balm syrup yesterday which is very nice in hot & cold drinks.
