The return

Well, another extended absence despite my resolve to be consistent with this blog, owing entirely to the fact that despite Ivy being over a year old now, I am permanently knackered!

I have been taking Ivy's naps as an opportunity to make art recently as I have joined a local art group so that is using up a lot of my spare time. The garden has suffered some neglect over the summer, though I have kept it in check enough at least for us to enjoy the lawn some soft fruits and cut flowers in the house. 

We continue to tackle problem areas in the house ready for winter which seems to be fast approaching now, though I vow to make a proper blog post about that this week. 

Right, now off to have a stamp about in the rain/try and get Ivy to sleep!
